Controls for implementing initiatives
- The supervisor of the initiative must be a faculty member or administrator in the college.
- The initiative’s supervisor must submit the initiative request to the Volunteering Unit head at least three weeks before the initiative's execution date in order to process the approval procedures.
- Maintain the university reputation and standard in all publications and announcements related to the initiative.
- Adhere to the university regulations and rules in the event of cooperating with entities outside the university.
- Submit a report of the initiative to the Volunteering Unit via email, within two weeks after the initiative ends.
