لجنة الملكية الفكرية
تُعد لجنة الملكية الفكرية إحدى اللجان المتخصصة في الكلية، وتُعنى بدعم وحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية للطلاب، وتعزيز الوعي بأهمية حفظ الابتكارات والأفكار الإبداعية، بما يسهم في تشجيع الابتكار وتحويل الأفكار إلى مخرجات قابلة للتسجيل والحماية النظامية . تم تشكيل اللجنة بموجب قرار إداري معتمد، وتعمل ضمن الإطار التنظيمي للكلية، وبالتكامل مع وكالة الكلية للبحث والابتكار.
مهام اللجنة
تتولى لجنة الملكية الفكرية المهام التالية:
- تقديم الاستشارات والتوجيه للطلاب حول حماية الملكية الفكرية.
- توعية الطلاب بحقوقهم الفكرية وتشجيعهم على تسجيل ابتكاراتهم وأفكارهم.
- دعم ومساندة الطلاب في إجراءات تسجيل براءات الاختراع والحقوق الفكرية.
- التنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة داخل الجامعة وخارجها لتسهيل الإجراءات المرتبطة بالملكية الفكرية.
- رفع التوصيات والمقترحات ذات الصلة إلى وكالة الكلية للبحث والابتكار.
